CRASH TO DEATH
OPENING OF INQUEST An inquest was opened before Mr. *• K. Hunt, S.M., coroner, this morning, ioto the death of Edward Frank Ruther*ord. who was killed on Saturday as result of a fall from the new T. and Building in Wellesley Street. The body was identified by the Rev. ' e °rge Trevor Robson, a chaplain of the Royal Xavv, who said he had *h°wn Rutherford all his life. He v-as a married man living with his 10 Queen's Parade. Devonport. 'witness was of opinion that the man " a # ® in full possession of his faculties. f' ae inquest was adjourned sine die. r * Bone appeared for the Royal JnCompany and Mr. Milliken for 1M coau actors, J.
