DANGERS OF YOUTH
DISCUSSION BY CHURCH Problems facing the Church concerning youth movements were outlined at the annual conference of the Congregational Union of New Zealand in the BeresfOrd Street Church yesterday afternoon by the Rev. Frank de Lisle, president. The greatest difficulty is in bridging the gap between the higher classes of the Sunday School and church membership. All denominations are agreed to the importance of overcoming this defect. One scheme found fairly effective was the establishment of a Junior church,” in which scholars were members, ajid were kept personally in touch with the minister. An address on "The Slide to Paganlsm" was given in the evening by the Rev. Robert C. Roberts, B.A.
