SUNDAY EVENING AT MAJESTIC Another interesting programme of pictures, music and lecturette will b© given in the Majestic Theatre tomorrow evening by the New Zealand Rationalist Association. The films include “Kitty,” which is based on Warwick Deeping's novel of English and a U.F.A. gem. “Sleeping Death.” They will be accompanied by appropriate music. A short address on the subject of supernaturalism will be given by Mr. O. Mason. LECTURE ON AMERICA Dr. Charles E. Martin, a noted American university professor at present visiting Auckland, will give a lecture in the University hall on Monday evening on the subject, “Contemporary Problems of American Society.” The public is invited to attend and admission is free. DIXIELAND CABARET The ever-popular Dixieland Cabaret will be the scene of another pleasant dance this evening when the usual Saturday carnival night will be held. Dancing will be enjoyed to music by the Dixieland Dance Band.
