BULGARIAN DELEGATION BOMBED THREE ARRESTS MADE United P. A. — By Telegraph—Copyright BELGRADE, Tuesday. Two unknown persons a. bomb into the hall of a hotel at Pirot. Serbia, where a Bulgarian delegation was staying. The visitors were engaged in preliminary negotiations, which it is hoped may lead to a Bulgaro-Yugoslav convention. Two other bombs were thrown in the street, where one person was killed and 25 injured. Three arrests were effected.
