TOUR CONTINUES ON SUNDAY PLANS FOR JOURNEY Reed. 11 a.m. CAPETOWN, Wed. The Prince of Wales is up and about again. The weather unfortunately is rainy, but if it clears up he will take a motor drive. He Intends to leave for Uganda on Sunday by special train to Torora and from there he will motor to Rake Albert. At Lake Albert the Prince will board a steamer which will be the base for hunting around the lake and the shores of the Nile. The Prince plans to reach Khartoum in the second week in April, and will return to England at the end of that month.
