SCHOOLBOY WINS HALF A GUINEA An invitation was recently extended to the children attending the Papatoetoe Public School by the Papatoetoe Town Board to suggest a suitable name for portion of Station Road, extending from the overhead railway bridge to the school. Over 250 names were considered by the Town Board at the meeting on Tuesday evening, when St. George's Road was chosen as the new name. The suggested name was forwarded by N. Thomas, who wins half a guinea.
