NEW ZEALANDER’S BIG BREAK LONDON, Monday. In the billiards match McConachy v. Davis the scores are: McConachy (to play), 13,828, including breaks of 1,213 and 774; and Davis, 14,330, including breaks of 504 and 897. Davis was brilliant. The New Zealander increased his Saturday’s break to 1,213. A ding-dong struggle followed, the alternating fortunes of the game delighting the Midland audienecs. In the match Lindrum v. Newman the scores are:—Lindrum. 15.94 G, including a break of 1,132; Newman (to play), 14,015, including a break of 520.
