POINTS WINNERS AT SHOW From Our Own Correspondent MORRINSVILLE, Friday. An all-round record was shown in connection with the Morrinsville Horticultural Show this week. Practically all the classes filled well, as the result of a special appeal made in consequence of the visit of the British and South African farmers. The display was, in the opinion of the visitors, a great credit to the district. The visitors expressed astonishment at the quality of the exhibits from such a small area of country. The points prize-winners were’ A egetables: E. A. Vowles. Best collection of vegetables (special): A. G. Yardley. Fruit: G. Howie. Farm produce: D Moore. Cut flowers: F. Lye, M.P. Pot plants: Miss Seales. Home industries: Mrs. J. L. Faulkner. Girls under 36: Gav Brown. Arts and crafts: Mrs. Clifford. Decorative: Airs. Franklin. Alost points for .amateurs: E. A. Vowles. Novice table decorations; Mrs. Dibble.
