METHODISTS COMMEND CONFERENCE DAY OF INTERCESSION Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The aims of the Disarmament Coru ference now asesmbled in England were commended to the sympathetic and prayerful consideration of New Zealand Methodists at the annual conference of the Methodist, Church, which concluded in Wellington yesterday. A resolution was adopted directing the attention of the churches- to the Day of Intercession for Peace, which is to be observed in Westminster Abbey on Sunday, March 2, and urging Methodist Churches throughout the Dominion to co-operate in the observance of the day and to pray for peace.
