FIRE AT BAYSWATER
HOUSE DESTROYED I A fire which broke ouit in Beresford Street, Bayswater, shortly after nine o’clock last evening, completely destroyed a five-roomed wooden house owned and .occupier by Mr. George Patrick. The Takapuna Fire Brigade attended, but the flames had too strong a hold and the building was burned to the ground, none of the contents being saved. The house was insured for £SOO in the Ocean. Accident and Guarantee Corporation, Limited, and the contents for £175 with the same company.
