BRIDE IN GEORGETTE AND SILVERY LACE

GRAHAM—INGLIS The marriage was celebrated at St. David’s Church, Khyber Pass, on Wednesday evening, of Dulcie May, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. Inglis, of Epsom, to Mr. J. W. W. Graham, eldec-t son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Graham, of Rahiri Road, Mount Eden. The Rev. D. C. Her ron performed the ceremony. The bride, who wJs given away by her father, wore an ivory georgette frock with a cape collar and deep hem of silver lace. A large bow of ivory satin was worn at the low waistline. Her embroidered veil, which was arranged with clusters of orange blossoms, fell to form a graceful train. Bhe carried a bouquet of white asters and pale pink rosebuds. The bridesmaids, Miss M. Elie and Miss K. Homer wore frocks of rosepink and searab-blue georgette respectively. The former frock was trimmed with gold lace and the latter with silver. The pointed overskirts revealed lace hems and a beaded girdle was worn at the waist. Their tulle headdresses were finished with long streamers at one side, and they carried bouquets to match their frocks. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. James Inglis as best man. and Mr. Alvin Graham as groomsman. Mr. Kenneth Thomas and Mr. Jack Shorland acted as ushers Airs. Inglis, mother of the bride, wore a frock of navy blue georgette, with lace panels and a pretty hat to tone. She carried a bouquet of red dahlias. Mrs. Graham chose a frock of navy silk with a hat to match.

SILVER WEDDING Chappy celebration at eden TERRACE ~° n Saturday evening last Mr. and JNI rs. r nomas Alilliain entertained a number of relatives and friends at their residence, Virginia Avenue, Eden Terrace, in honour of their silver wedding. Mrs. Milham received her guests wearing a frock of blue crepe de chinerelieved with beige. Among those present were: Mrs. Coultas, junr., Mrs. Knight. Mrs Yeats, Mrs. Dunn, Miss Iris Milham Miss M. Niven, Miss lona Milham, Miss Ij. Appleton, Miss E. Appleton, Miss 7ma Milham, Miss E. Dunn, Miss lisa Milham, Miss H. Appleton.
