Smith, of Dominion Road, was married to Roy, fourth son of Mrs. and the late Mr. F. Tencel, of Ronson'by. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. R. G. Coats. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of cream satin beaute with an overskirt of tulle, which was ornamented with sprays of satin flowers and fell to an uneven hem in flared folds. The bodice had a dainty scalloped yoke of silver lace and long tight-fitting sleeves. Her embroidered tulle veil was arranged with clusters of orange blossoms and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses and asters. Two bridesmaids were in attendance, Miss Kathleen Brown and Miss Sylvia Smith. Their frocks were of willow - green georgette, the flared skirts being caught up in frills and embroidered with pink rosebuds. They wore green crinoline picture hats swathed with green velvet and carried bouquets of pink flowers. Mr. Louis Tercel was best man and Mr. Arthur Tercel was groomsman. The bride’s mother, Mrs. Smith, wore a frock of navy blue crepe de chine relieved with touches of beige, and a navy hat. Mrs. Tercel was in a tailored suit with a hat to tone. THE GRACEFUL SILHOUETTE Pay special atention to your girdle and brassiere this season. The long line to the knee, the welcome youthfulness of a high-placed belt, both demand unbroken grace of silhouette and the gentle insistence of sustained support to the figure. Emaci- j atiou is a thing of the past; rounded I slenderness the ideal figure. Wear | the new clothes with joy in the surety of your grace of line.
