NEW CABLE SERVICE
BELGIUM AND LUXEMBURG A week-end letter-telegram service will be available to Belgium and Luxemburg via both the Eastern Extension Company’s and the Pacific Cable Board’s routes from March 1. Advice to this effect ha« been received by the acting chief postmaster at Auckland. The rates will be 7?*d a word, with a minimum of 12s Gd for 20 words.
