CRUSHED BY FALL OF COAL Press Association GREYMOUTH, Wednesday. J. Vaughan, a mine deputy at Blackball. was entrapped by a fall of coal in the mine at midnight.. His left thigh was fractured, his ribs broken and he received severe shock. His condition is serious.
