OAMARU LEADS IN B GRADE Press Association DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The band contests were continued at Dunedin today. Following are the results:— B Flat Solo (“Lucelle”). —The following were recalled:—W. H. Osborne (Tlmaru Municipal), G. Bergerson (Queen Alexandra’s Own, Wanganui), R. A. L. Taylor (Hastings Citizens), W. Stevenson and W. Bowmen (Wellington Municipal). The final will be played on Friday night. B Grade. —Second test: Oamaru, 136 points, 1; Hastings, 133 points, 2; Invercargill, 128 points, 3; Carterton. 123 points, 4. The aggregate points are: Oamaru, 269. 1; Hastings, 263, 2; Invercargill, 247, 3; Christchurch Municipal, 237, 4.
