CHAUTEMPS DEFEATED
FRENCH GOVERNMENT RESIGNS OPPOSITION IN CHAMBER Reed. 1 p.m. PARIS, Tuesday. The Government has been defeated and is resigning. Before the result was known the odds on the success of M.
