MAJESTIC
“THE VERY IDEA” Unusually attractive entertainment is being provided at the popular Majestic Theatre by “The Very Ideal" the talking screen version of a successful New York stage farce. The main role is in the hands of Frank Craven, a competent cast of other players appearing in support. The theme deals with the adventures of two young parents who are impressed with the importance of eugenics, and their embarrassment tit the arrival of an excessively precocious infant. Prominent on the supporting programme is “Raising the Roof," a musical number introducing a Broadway star, Lilian Roth, in a couple of singing and dancing numbers. Two excellent comedies, a fine scenic film, a Fox Movietone News and a sound record of the recent motor recordbreaking race by Mr. “Wizard" Smith on the Ninety Mile Beach are also included.
