FALSE STATEMENTS
TWO WOMEN PLEAD GUILTY PERJURY CHARGE AGAINST MAN Press Association MASTKRTON, Today. In the Police Court today, Athol J. Buckley, and two women, whose names were suppressed, were charged with perjury in connection with a fatal motor collision in October, in which Mrs. Emma Smith lost her life. The case against Buckley was adjourned till Friday. The two women pleaded guilty to having made false statements at th inquest concerning the number* of passengers in the car driven tf* Buckley, and were committed to Masterton Supreme Court for sentence.
