Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., has received. the following cablegram for its London house, dated February 20: Butter prices unchanged, finest, 148 s; other finest, 1465. Market rather steadier. Danish, firm at 166 s f.o b. Cheese: White, 86s to 87s; coloured, 84s to 85s. Market slow. Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house dated February 20. Messrs. Samuel Page and Son report:—Dairy produce: Holders are pressing sales, but buyers are not responding. Butter: New Zealand finest salted, 144 s to 1465; Danish. 172 sto 1745; Australian, finest unsalted, 144 s to 148 s; finest salted, 140 s to 1425; good average quality, 136 s to 3 38s. Cheese: New Zealand, white, 86s to 87s; coloured, 85s to 86s; Canadian, white, 92s to 965; coloured, 92s to 965. Joseph Nathan, Ltd., has received the following cablegram from its London house: —Butter: 145 s to 1465; cheese, white, 86s; coloured, 84s. Both markets are weak.
