£l,ooo GIFT FOR BURSARY
MOSGIEL CATHOLIC SCHOOL From Our Own Correspcndent NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. For the foundation of a bursary for* Xew Plymouth or Taranaki boys at the Roman Catholic seminary at Mo?giel, Mr. S. Hooper, of New Plymouth, has given £I,OOO. The bequest is to be known as the Hooper Bursary. This is the second gift of £1,009 that Mr. Hooper has made to the Pioman Catholic Church. Some years ago h* gave £I,OOO toward the foundation of St. Joseph’s School, New Pljnmouth.
