CEREMONY IN REGISTRY OFFICE GIFT TO POOR TENANTS LONDON, Wednesday. The marriage of the Duke of Westminster to Miss Leolia Mary Ponsonby, daughter of Sir Frederick Ponsonby, is expected to take place at a registry office on Thursday. A reception will he given on hoard the duke’s magnificent yacht Cuttysark, now lying in the Thames. When the guests depart the couple will steam on their honeymoon to the Mediterranean. The duke has cancelled a week’s rent of 1,000 of his poor tenants on his estate In London, and of the cottagers on his Flintshire and Cheshire estates. Also he has forgone arrears. Miss Ponsonby today gave a trousseau tea to her girl friends.
