MEMORIES OF VON LUCKNER The scow Moa, which left Auckland some weeks ago, is now running timber between Hokitika and Wellington. The vessel is well known in the port of Auckland, particularly as the ship which von Luckner captured after he had made his sensational escape from the alien internment area on Motuihi Island during the war.
