NEW DRUG DISCOVERED
RELIEF FOR AILMENTS OF WOMEN SHOULD BENEFIT THOUSANDS MONTREAL, Friday. A new drug which is described by the faculty of medicine as a remarkable one, which will contribute greatly to the relief of feminine ailments and. the general health and well-being of women, has been discovered in the biochemical laboratory of McGill "University. It is announced that the discoverer of this drug is Dr. James Collip, who was associated with Dr. Banting in the discovery of insulin. Commenting on the discovery Sir Arthur Currie, president of McGill University, said: “It is remarkable/ It should bring relief and comfort to countless -thousands of women throughout the world.”
