PROSPECTS FOR NEW SEASON

The Rugby Union executive met la.st evening and discussed matters in connection with the coming season. It decided to hold its usual seven-a-side tournament on Easter Monday, but lias enlarged the tourney by arranging for both senior and junior contests. In view of the great number of new workers in the town, it is thought that local football should show great improvement this season. The annual meeting will take place on March 24.
