PRICES AT LATEST SALES United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, Thursday. At the Sydney wool sales today the offerings were 8,457 bales, of which 7,972 were sold, also 317 bales privately. There was good general competition. and the market was firm at the best rates of the week, with a particularly keen demand for finer descriptions. Greasy Merino made 22£d.
