SECRET OPERATIONS Reed. 11 a.m. NEW YORK, Wed. Following the explosion of another bomb on the north side of Chicago City, destroying a laundry and injuring two persons, businessmen have created an organisation which is privately financed and headed by Mr. Robert Randolph, a local executive head, who has had a distinguished career in the American Army in France, to conduct a secret campaign against city criminal elements.
