ARM CAUGHT IN BELTING
MAN MAY LOSE HAND From Our Own Correspondent WAIHI, Today. Serious lacerations of the left arm were suffered by Mr. Stanley Ball, married, 32, when the limb was caught in the elevator belting at the Waihi Goldmining Company’s battery at Waikino this morning. Mr. Ball was admitted to the Waihi Hospital and an operation will bo performed this afternoon. It is feared that he will lose his hand,.
