DAMAGES AFTER ACCIDENT
LABOURER AWARDED £1,191 From Our Resident Reporter WELLINGTON, Today. As the result of injuries received in a collision between his motor-cycle and a motor-lorry driven by H. V. Horlor, carrier, of Lower Hutt, Allan Smith, a labourer, of Lower Hutt, yesterday claimed £2,51G 12s Gd in the Supreme Court from Horlor. Smith was awarded £1,191 12s 6d.
