WOMAN FOUND DEAD

DISCOVERED BY LANDLADY

A middle-aged woman named Mrs. McCarthy, was found dead in her room at an apartment house in Khyber Pass Road, yesterday morning. The discovery was made by the landlady. •

The woman had been staying at the house, off and on, for a considerable time, her last stay being about four months. It is stated that she ts the wife of an engineer in the employ of the Union Steam Ship Company, who is at present at sea. Death is presumed to be the result of a heart seizure.
