Late Commercial GISBORNE OIL WELLS WORK GOES ON STEADILY Press Association GISBORNE, Today. The Taranaki oil report is as follows; —Gisborne No. 2 well: Underreaming, shutting oft the water and drilling is going on. The under-reamer has been run to 3,778 feet and we have drilled to 3,850 feet in limey shale and some greensand. It is mostly hard, but there is some raving in at 3,800 feet, which was mudded off.
