Mr. 11. F. Todd, of Dunedin, arrived by the Limited today. The i-lon. J. G. Cobbe, Minister of Defence, arrived by the Limited express today. Mr. Ashton Spencer leaves tonight for Wellington, en route for Sydney by the Tahiti. The Hon. J. B. Donald, Minister of Industries and Commerce, arrived in Auckland on Saturday. Mr. E. B. Heywood, of Hamilton, •will leave Wellington on Wednesday on a visit to England. Mr. Albert Spencer, president of the Auckland Provincial Employers’ Association, is leaving for Wellington nonight to attend a meeting of the Advisory Board of the Employers’ Federation. Mr. R. J. Anwyl, general manager for Australia and New Zealand Cor Thomas Cook and Son, will join the Niagara tomorrow en route to i;he United States, Europe, and the Ei.st. The aobject of the tour will be to advertise Australia and New Zealand, and an endeavour to attract a greater number of tourists to the countries. Mr. H. 11. Sterling, general manager ©C railways, left for Wellington last evening.
