OBSCENE LANGUAGE
OLD OFFENDER FIND 15.
Before Messrs. G. W. Venables and T. Whiteley, J.P.’s, at: the Otahuhu Police Court on Saturday, Daniel South, a well-known city offender, was fined £5 for using obscem* language. The language was used to a police officer when accused was being arrested. Accused was ordered to pay 10s for damage done to a motor-car. and to pay 15s taxi hire.
