MOTOR-CYCLING MISHAPS

ACCIDENT AT NORTH SHORE Through being thrown, heavily from his motor-cycle when riding between Takapuna and Devonport yesterday morning Mr. John Dale, aged 13, a motor salesman, of Campbell’s Bay, suffered severe head injuries. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital, where his condition this morning is regarded as improved. A fracture of the right leg was received by J. Wilson, aged 16, of 22 Seaview Road, Mount Albert, when his motor-cycle collided with a service car on the Great North Road, near Henderson, about eight o’clock on Saturday evening. The injured youth was conveyed to the Public Hospital by the St. John Ambulance. His condition is satisfactory.
