MUSIC TEACHERS
Dr. W. E. Thomas resumes the teaching of piano, singing and composition on Monday. Interviews by appointment. Mr. Walter Smith, teacher of mandolin, ukulele, banjo, guitar and saxophone, solo or accompanying, has resumed lessons. Mrs. John Craig, F.T.C.L., and L.A.8., soprano vocalist, teacher of voice production, singing, elocution and piano, has resumed tuition. Mrs. J. Ford, teacher of pianoforte, has resumed at the studio, Lewis Eady Buildings. Owen Jensen, L.A.8.. teacher of pianoforte, harmony and counterpoint, has resumed teaching, and has a few vacancies. Irene Watts. A.T.C.L., has resumed the teaching of pianoforte and theory at Empire Road, Epsom. Alice E. Law, L.R.A.M., teacher of pianoforte, resumes tuition on Monday next at the studio, Union Buildings. The pupils of Miss Law have had marked success in the past and last year alone the results include a Licentiate Ass. Board (L.A.8.), highest marks in Auckland; Senior Exhibition for New Zealand. T.C.L.; Final Grade, hon. mention, highest marks in Auckland: two passes Final Grade Ass. Board, R.A.M., R.C.M.: honours Intermediate T.C.L.. and Art of Teaching and Harmony. L,T.C.L.
