Ruth Chatterton, Clive Brook, William Powell and Mary Nolan carry the leads in this clever picture which will feature the Civic Theatre programme, starting today.

Robert Milton, for years one of the biggest stage show producers on Broadway, and recently appointed director by Paramount, directed “Charming Sinners.” The situation, over-run with amusing incidents and pantomime, especially that of Clive Brook, will bring many a hearts' laugh.
