LERMOND NOT COMPETING AT ATHLETIC MEETING IN WELLINGTON TOMORROW

A. Troup) extended the hand of welcome to O. Peltzer, G. Emton. L. Lermond and G. A. Golding, international athletes, who arrived in New Zealand last Tuesday. Golding and Lermond will afterward tour th*» Dominion, but the two Germans will be returning to Australia without again running in New Zealand. Latest information is that Lermond will not compete at the Wellington meeting tomorrow, as he is not at present fit.
