WOMAN’S CLAIM FOR £2,000
JURY UNABLE TO AGREE Press Association PALMERSTON N., Today. The Supreme Court action in which Mrs. Messenger claimed from H. E. Bergensen £2,000 for the death of her husband, as the result of a motor collision, concluded last evening. The jury, after four hours, was unable to agree, and a new trial was ordered.
