JUDGE DISAGREES
JURY’S RIDER TO VERDICT Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. In tho Supreme Court at Wellington, R. B. Garney was acquitted on a charge of carnal knowledge and indecent assault. The jury considered that the department in whose charge tho girl was was lax in not having her examined. Mr. Justice Reed remarked that he with this opinion, amd doubted if there was material entitling the jury to come to such a decision
