CINDER TRACK RACING
WORLD CHAMPION AT WESTERN SPRINGS TOMORROW'S MEETING The holder of the world record for one lap on a cinder track, F. Pearce, will make his first and only appearance in Auckland at the Western Springs Stadium tomorrow evening. During his stay in Wellington Pearce had little difficulty in defeating the Mew Zealand champion, W. Kilminster, whose clever riding proved one of the big drawing cards of a previous meeting at Western Springs. There will be two other crack visiting riders seen in action tomorrow. These will be J. Datson, the Australian ride.r who was injured at Western Springs earlier in the season, and S. Perkins, another Australian, who proved himself as a first-class contestant when he clinched victories in good company some weeks ago. Among the Auckland riders who will appear are A.
