JUMPED OUT OF CAR
WOMAN DIES FROM INJURIES THOUGHT VEHICLE ON FIRE Press Association NAPIER, Thursday. A smell of burning caused by a shortcircuit; in the electrical equipment of a motor-car driven by her husband near Puketitiri, 35 miles from Napier, so alarmed Mrs. A. E. Rea, of Napier, that she jumped from the vehicle before Mr. Rea was able to stop it. She suffered injuries from which she died in the Napier Hospital.
