SERIOUS CHARGE
ASSAULT ON GIRL ALLEGED ARREST AT ONEHUNGA A young man named Sidney Charles Marshall was charged at the Onehunga Police Court this morning, before Messrs. J. Lakir.g and J. E. Green, with indecent assault upon a girl of tender years. Sergeant D. J. O’Neill said accused had just been arrested, and asked for a remand until Friday at 10 a.m. This was granted, bail being fixed at £IOO and one surety of £IOO, or two of £SO each, accused to report daily to the police.
