BOLIVIA PREPARES TO FIGHT PARAGUAY MESSAGE INTERCEPTED U Milt'd I\„t.— By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Friday. The “Daily Mail’s” Geneva correspondent says tho Paraguayan Government has sent a note to the League of Nations stating that it has intercepted a wireless code message from General Knudt, ordering the Fourth and Fifth Divisions of the Bolivian Army to be ready to take the offensive against Paraguay. Bolivia and Paraguay have long been in dispute over territory known as Gran Ghacho. A serious clash occurred in Deeoihber, J92S, when war was only prevented by the swift action of the League of Nations.
