SQUADRON EVENTS MACKY MEMORIAL CUP The Royal New Zealand Y’aclit Squadron will hold its annual measurement race for the Mucky Memorial Cup tomorrow. The event is open to firstclass keel yachts conforming to the requirements of the measurement rule. Events for second and third-class keel boats and for M class Patikis will also be held. The measurement race starts at 2.30 p.m., the B and C class event at 2.45, and the M class race at 3 o’clock. Entries are as follow: Macky Memorial Cup.—lorangi, NguToa, Rawene, Ariki. B and C Class Yachts.—La dye Wilma. Scout, Windward, Janet, Kotuku, Wairiki. M Class.—Maneno. Manu 11.. Matarere, Maratea, Mawhiti, Maroro. TAKAPUNA REGATTA BOATING CLUB’S RACING The annual regatta of the Takapuna Boating Club will be held tomorrow. All classes of yachts from mulletboats to the Cornwell Cup class will be represented. The Winston© Trophy will be awarded to 22-foot mullet boats. Launches will race for the Burrett Cup and must have dinghies. Post entries will be received for the Tauranga class. Handicaps and racing instructions are as follow: H and I Class, to start at 2.30 p.m.— Course: Start at clubhouse, thence round outer beacon, thence round Resolution buoy on port, thence round Sandspit beacon on port, thence round Resolution buoy on starboard, thence round Rona buoy on starboard, finishing at clubhouse.
