“On Trial,” the exciting murder mystery story which will be presented this evening at the Prince Edward Theatre, is one of the best of the talkies dealing with court scenes. Not only is the action of the story particularly thrilling, but the dialogue is crisp and clear, making a most entertaining pictUA ’ fine cast of talented stage and screen players have been secured for the-' leading roles, including Pauline Frederick, Bert and Lois Wilson. ...... Excellent supporting talkie items are to be presented on the same programme.
