BOOTH FUNDS MUST BE HANDED TO NEW CHIEF Reed. 10.30 a.m. LONDON. Tuesday Mr. Justice Clauson has ordered the executors of the late General Booth to hand over to General Higgins the Salvation Army trust property, valued at several millions of pounds.
