STEAMER LIMPS IN
NORTH PACIFIC ASSISTED BY TUGS VANCOUVER, Monday. The British cargo steamer North Pacific, which sent out an S.O.S. call on Saturday, is making slow but steady progress with the aid of tugs toward Cape Flattery against heavy w eather. By tonight she should be in safety.
