SPORTS AT TE AWAMUTU
From Our Own Correspondent TE AWAMUTU, Tuesday. On Wednesday next the Te Awamutu Amateur Athletic Club will hold its annual sports gathering. A varied and attractive programme will be presented and some first-class performers have nominated for the principal events. J. H. Wade, the cycling champion of Auckland, is to compete in the cycling events, while J. W. Savi,dan, the distance runner, and A. J. Elliott. the Auckland champion sprinter, will also be present.
