CHINESE TO BE DEPORTED Arrested at Gisborne, where he was working in a market garden, Lum Hung, a Chinese aged 36. was brought to Auckland He was fined £25 at the Police Court this morning and a deportation order was made. Hung pleaded guilty, through an interpreter, to staying in New Zealand longer than the terms of his temporary immigration permit allovred and Mr. J. Mclntosh, for the Collector of Customs, said that the man was a year and nine months over . his time.
