At her home in Great South Road last evening, Miss Joyce Johnson was hostess at another delightful evening for Miss Dale. A very happy evening was spent with music, competitions and items. Glorious dahlia blooms, decorated the rooms, and the young hostess received her guests wearing a pretty tucked georgette frock of soft dahlia pink. Miss Rona Dale had on a smart cherry red georgette frock with beaded embroideries. AMONG THOSE PRESENT Mrs. H. B. Johnson was wearing a gown of black crepe de soie. Miss Lile Johnson chose flowered georgette. Mrs. J. Best had on a frock of black chiffon. Mrs. D'Authreau’s gown was of black duchesse satin. Miss Nessie Dale had on a frock of chartreuse green satin beaute. Miss Doreen D’Authreau chose a becoming frock of printemps green georgette and lace. Miss Val D’Authreau was in an uneven length frock of lacquer red lace. Miss Blanche Alison’s frock was of palest phlox pink crepe de chine. Miss Crellin wore a pretty honey-beige chiffon frock. Miss Rona Anderson was in gentian blue flowered ninon. Miss Natalie Burgess had on an uneven length, flowered frock of larkspur blue georgette. *
