ROYAL, KINGSLAND

“A Dangerous Woman,” the powerful drama to be screened this evening at the Theatre Royal, Kingsland, has the background of a British outpost in tropical Africa. The officer in charge, played by Clive Brook, takes his beautiful Russian wife to Africa with him. This woman, played by Olga Baclanova, is an inveterate flirt, and even out there she succeeds in vamping her husband’s young brother, a role played by Neil Hamilton. The climax is a particularly thrilling one. Chief among the excellent supporting films is a new film starring Dorothy Mackaill, entitled “The Isle of Doubt.”
